Delivery

We’re excited to send your order on its way! Please read through our delivery details below to understand how and when your items will arrive.

Delivery Areas

  • We currently offer delivery within the UK mainland only.
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland or PO Boxes at this time.

Delivery Options & Costs

Standard Delivery

  • £4.50 for all orders under £150
  • Free for orders over £150
  • Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (estimated 3–5 working days from dispatch)

Delivery upgrade

  • Available at checkout for addresses within the UK mainland.
  • Orders placed before 1pm Mon–Fri aim to arrive the next working day but may take longer
  • Orders placed after 1pm, over the weekend, or on Bank Holidays will be processed the next working day.
  • While highly reliable, next-day delivery cannot be guaranteed due to possible courier delays.
  • Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 (estimated 1-3 working days from dispatch)

Dispatch Times

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of receiving payment.
  • Orders placed before 1pm Mon–Thurs are usually dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after 1pm, or during weekends/Bank Holidays, are dispatched the next working day.
  • During busy periods (sales, new product launches, holidays), dispatch may take a little longer.

Delivery Details

  • Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
  • Delivery times are guidelines only and may be affected by payment authorisation, address verification, or courier delays.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct — VeloVibe cannot be held responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
  • If you are not home at the time of delivery, please follow the re-delivery instructions provided by the courier. If your parcel is returned to us because instructions weren’t followed, you’ll be responsible for re-delivery costs.
  • Pre-order items will be shipped once in stock. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, all items will be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready.

Delays & Lost Parcels

  • Royal Mail services are highly reliable, but delays can occasionally happen.
  • Orders sent via Royal Mail are not considered lost until 15 working days after the expected delivery date. We cannot offer refunds or replacements until this time has passed.
  • If your parcel is delayed, please allow an extra 4 working days before contacting us, as Royal Mail often catches up within this timeframe

Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your purchase, but if you have an issue, we’re here to help. Please read our policy carefully before making a return.

Returns

  • You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
  • Once your return request is approved, you then have a further 7 days to send the item(s) back to us.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in their original condition
  • With tags still attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by your name and order number
  • We recommend keeping your items in their original packaging while you decide, to avoid any accidental damage.

How to Start a Return

  • Email us at shop@velovibe.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Please include your name, order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
  • We will reply with the returns address and any further instructions.
  • Post your item(s) back to us within 7 days of receiving confirmation.
  • Please include your name and order details inside the parcel.

Important:

  • We do not cover return postage costs. You are responsible for return shipping.
  • We recommend using a tracked or signed-for service and keeping proof of postage.
  • VeloVibe is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email if your refund has been approved.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
  • Shipping costs (original delivery charges) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the unwanted item and place a new order. We can reserve stock for you, please email shop@velovibe.co.uk to arrange this. 
  • If you need a different size, we’ll do our best to arrange a direct exchange (subject to stock availability).
  • In cases of defective or damaged items, exchanges are shipped free of charge.

Damages & Issues

  • Please check your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
  • For items damaged in transit, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos as evidence.
  • Depending on the situation, we may arrange a replacement or refund.
